Service is back online and working. Thank you for your patience.
Nov 20th EVERYTHING IS NORMAL
Apologies for the down time. It was a 5 hour fix! What happened? We experienced a server crash mid-day, and of course when it rains, it pours. Once the servers were brought online, we loaded our weekly backups to restore everyone's accounts, and we then learned that the databases had been corrupted during the crash.
